Abstract

A series of four interdisciplinary workshops held at Arnolfini, Bristol for participants selected from relevant institutions and invited members of Arnolfini’s audience. These workshops set out to bridge archival theory and practice, and looked in particular at issues arising from the archiving of contemporary art, of ephemera and transient events in relation to Arnolfini’s own archive. Invited speakers included internationally renowned artists and academics.
