This was the world’s first dedicated film and philosophy conference attended by 150 delegates from over 20 countries. It ran for three days with up to six consecutive streams and attracted major international keynotes from the UK, USA and Australia. The conference inaugurated film-philosophy as an annual conference in association with film-philosophy.com. 2009 was in Dundee and 2010 will be in Warwick. An edited collection from 2008 is in production.
