Abstract:Short stories from the north-east area of Rhodesia, as told by commercial farmers, members of the security forces, civilians and civil servants. Contains colour and black and white illustrations and photographic imagery, as well as maps. The story on pages 72-76 (Jackie and Dennis Watson) is written by the sister and brother-in-law of Rose Lewis, who was interviewed in this project. Rose Lewis was brought up on Tungagone Farm, which is described in this story.
