Abstract

Report of an inquiry, the aims of which were: 1)Develop case studies which demonstrate exemplary practice in progress towards gender equality in five selected local authorities. 2)Identify the systemic and cultural factors, working styles and practices and processes that contribute to good practice in gender equality and diversity. 3)Point local authorities to best practice so that they might learn from a process which has identified and celebrated achievement.
