Abstract

The research utilised an action research methodology which involved care home staff in nursing homes in Gloucestershire. The research was funded by the Barnwood Trust and enabled Jan Furniaux to be released full time for one year. This paper disseminates successful models of research collaboration between researchers and practitioners.
