How to add your thesis to the UWE Research RepositoryIn order to add your thesis to the UWE Research Repository, please follow the instructions below:

Please complete the questionnaire at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/UWErepositoryetheses What is the EThOS project, and why is it relevant?EThOS is a project set up by the British Library to offer a single point of access where researchers worldwide can access all theses produced by UK Higher Education. It digitises theses from various institutions, and provides the requesting researcher with access to these theses. UWE are working with the British Library to ensure that theses added to the UWE Research Repository are also available via EThOS. FAQsWhy should I add my thesis to the UWE Research Repository?By uploading your final thesis to the UWE Research Repository you are enabling worldwide, instant access to your thesis, increasing the visibility of your work. In turn, this will help to boost the open availability of the UK's doctoral output. Adding your thesis to the UWE Research Repository will also help to ensure its long-term digital preservation. Additionally, it allows us to showcase the work being done by postgraduate researchers at UWE. What file format should I upload my thesis in?Please upload your thesis in PDF form. You can convert to PDF/A using the 'Save As...' facility in Word 2007: 'Save As > PDF > Options > ISO 190005-1 compliant (PDF/A)' Does my thesis have to be uploaded as a single file?No, multiple files can be associated with one thesis.
